Very positive. Was warmly welcomed even though just looking for a used car. Then was paired up with two exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable female salespersons, Was warmly welcomed even though just looking for a used car. Then was paired up with two exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable female salespersons, a very positive experience, especially since - as a female - I have been given the run-around at other places by the typical "used car salesmen," so right off the bat I felt very comfortable and was happy I found a good used car at Brandon Honda. Jessica is a very energetic, friendly person. Because Jessica listened to exactly what I was looking for, the very first vehicle she showed me was the one I purchased.
