I received pricing over the phone, and asked the rep if I could please get a written quote e-mail warranty based on a mail advertisement I received. This is a shady practice and you guys lost the sale due to this poor and ethically-questionable level of service. More

They pushed a vehichle with 172k miles on it said it came with warranty broke 2nd day I had it warranty said they can't cover it because vehichle wa They pushed a vehichle with 172k miles on it said it came with warranty broke 2nd day I had it warranty said they can't cover it because vehichle was modified so took back too dealership they fixed just so it was drivable instead of fixing what needed fixed.
