We are traveling from out of state and my Check eng light came on, went in to have it looked.... the service advisor said you need to make an appointment, mind you we already told him we were traveling from came on, went in to have it looked.... the service advisor said you need to make an appointment, mind you we already told him we were traveling from out of state. Seriously this is how you treat people?!?! The service department lacks customer service skills!! You don’t treat people like this. 5 minutes of taking care of a customer could have been a 5 star review!! More

Purchased a Used Vehicle with Premium Extended Warranty. What a Waste of Money! Check Engine light came on,took into Service, They charged me over 118.00 saying couldnt fix 4 Codes. Bryce said he will make What a Waste of Money! Check Engine light came on,took into Service, They charged me over 118.00 saying couldnt fix 4 Codes. Bryce said he will make right. We will see. Totally Angry. Next time I will let the Engine Blow up and they can retreive it. May not purchase here ever again! More

PARTS & SERVICE On visit #1, the technician surveyed the problem and got me to PARTS to get the part ordered. The part came in on time as promised and we got a service date scheduled. On visit #2, I had an appointment time set, the got me out and in in very good time with great service.
