Hannah Ahlquist was my service adviser and provided great service. Answered any questions I had about the 30,000 mile maintenance package. We purchased a new Santa Fe last week. Our salesman/dealer is Jesse Rivera. This is the second vehicle we purchase from Jesse, and the fourth Hyndai we have owned. As always, Jesse was very salesman/dealer is Jesse Rivera. This is the second vehicle we purchase from Jesse, and the fourth Hyndai we have owned. As always, Jesse was very attentive, professional, and helpful in every way. He answered all our questions thoroughly and even urged us to call him if any other questions entered our minds. Service and buying experience I brought my 2010 Accent in for service and my Service Advisor ( Rob ) took care of me like he always does. Rob also made contact with the sales department for me prior to my arrival letting them know a drunk driver ran a red light and totaled my 2017 Elantra. After I dropped off my Accent at the Service Dept. I was contacted by Jesse Rivera of the Sales Dept. Who already had the info about my totaled 2017 Elantra. I told him the insurance company shorted me quite a bit and he worked with me until I received a price I could live with. The managers and staff were also friendly and knowledgeable and took care of my needs in a professional manner. More
