It was a pleasure to visit the Lexus Dealership in Naperville. The inside was clean, quiet and welcoming without several sales persons converging on my husband and me at once. We felt comfortable with Naperville. The inside was clean, quiet and welcoming without several sales persons converging on my husband and me at once. We felt comfortable with browsing the showroom for the first few minutes and getting our bearings. Thank you. I cannot say enough about our salesperson Jesse Johnson. He welcomed us graciously and and no way did we feel pressure in making any decisions. We explained the car my husband and I needed to suit our needs. He listened to us, answered our questions patiently, and found an exact fit for us without trying to convince us we needed more. Though the new technology is daunting , Jesse slowly explained the basics to us and most importantly encouraged us not to worry about the learning process. I did drive home and it was a terrific ride. We are two old people who do not travel often but still are looking forward to brief trips in our wonderful Lexus with it great features.
