I began my career in the automotive industry by complete accident. My original intention was to major in computer science and work in that field. My high school had an internship program with dealerships and started working as an express maintenance technician in 2006. After graduating highschool in 2006 I began Toyota’s Certification program and by 2011 I was a ToyotaMaster Diagnostic Technician. I continued to diagnose and repair Toyotas until 2018. I made the transition to service advisor and grew my skill set in multiple facets, including PROASM recognition in 2021. A management opportunity in Lugoff Toyota’s Parts Department opened in 2022 and I accepted the challenge to meet and exceed the current level of the department. The Parts Department grew over the course of the year in preparation to accepting the position of Service Manager this past May.

Ive been using Lugoff Toyota for years now. Jesse/Ian in Service and Cody Debruhl in Sales are the best in every way. I purchased from Cody and my mom recently purchased from him! Went there because its a toyota dealership and i love toyotas. sadly I knew more about the car I wanted than they did then was made to feel unimportant, took my business to midlands toyota. This is a great dealership. We've been going here for quite a while and have always had great service. Our family has purchased several vehicles here and we have always been v We've been going here for quite a while and have always had great service. Our family has purchased several vehicles here and we have always been very satisfied. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessie James several years ago in the service department. He always communicated the progress well and gave great advice. He has now become Parts manager. (Congratulations!!!) Since then, I usually work with Tommy or Ian. They both have continued the tradition of great service. We had two older vehicles that we regularly got serviced as well as a newer one that we took there for routine maintenance. However, we came to the realization that it was time to get a new vehicle. As soon as I pulled up, Mike Coral came out and introduced himself and our new vehicle, a 2023 Tundra 4X4. With in minutes, he produced the key and took it on the first test drive. After we sat a the table and talked, I never felt pressured or part of a good-salesman/evil sales manager game. In fact, the sales manager came out and chatted as well. A while later, my wife arrive and we had our second test drive. She agreed with my initial assessment and announced that it had been "Charlotte tested and Charlotte approved". While we were with Tommy in the business office, The Toyota elves cleaned our truck, put gas in it, and transferred the tag. Keep up the great work Lugoff Toyota> More
