My service contact was busy with another client, so I waited outside the office. I waited about 10 minutes, which I didn't mind, but I was never acknowledged during this time by my service contact or any one of the service personnel that were coming and going out of the outside door. When it was my turn with my service contact, I had very good service and was taken care of by "Lexus standards". More
