The worst experience I have ever had sold me a vehicle that had serious mechanical issues and told me I purchased it as is. I don’t recommend this dealership. They sold me a plan that I can’t use, an extended warranty that I don’t need. Richard, the finance guy was so friendly from the beginning, then turned to be a liar. They don’t follow up with me, they don’t care about their customers. I have been waiting for my plate bracket for a while now. I don’t know where to call about cancellation of the extended warranty. I have this car for more than two weeks now and my tag is not fixed the proper way, they just zipped tied it , unprofessional job. I have been trying to reach out one of the finance managers Jeff, no response, no calls back. He promised to fix my issue with the door painting a week ago, and that was just on words. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. More
