Jesse was very personable, professional and an excellent communicator! He made the process seamless and even made car buying an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, that all turned sour quickly when going t communicator! He made the process seamless and even made car buying an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, that all turned sour quickly when going to the finance department. The finance guy was V E R Y pushy and heavily influenced me into purchasing protection plans I did not want. I was not reminded of my gender until having this finance guy tell me how to spend my money. I was not given a fair APR for my credit score and felt heavily influenced into financing instead of purchasing outright like I expressed. This experience further reinforced the lack of rights that women face during these current times. More

Had zero pressure experience from this dealer. Jesse Busboom was our sales, and he was being very patient with us. He stayed with me and answered all the questions for about a week until we got ou Jesse Busboom was our sales, and he was being very patient with us. He stayed with me and answered all the questions for about a week until we got our TX delivered. TX being very popular I was not able to get any discount on the price. I also had chance to talk with David Perry, and was able to get the price of additional equipment installed as we wanted. They are sales people, and of course they will mark-up the price to get the profit. All I had to do was be honest and get straight to the point, and they were willing to work with me. Finance was smooth as well. And yes we spend most of our time on warranties. I got what I thought was reasonable at reasonable cost. Marcus was nice enough to work with us. I know buying warranties are giving dealership money. But the ones we purchased will definitely give us peace of mind for at least 5 years, and I think it is worth it. One suggestion I want to say is that dealership should give some kind of gift or souvenir with purchase. I previously purchased Subaru, Honda, BMW, Porsche, and other Lexus dealership, and they all had some sort of gift and souvenir at the end of the purchase. I am not talking about the big gift, but a small gift such as key chain would do. All of those dealers handed me the documents in nice looking brand binder, and Northside Lexus was the first Luxury dealership to put documents in blank white envelope. I think this dealership earns enough money to invest on those small details. More
