Teddy was absolutely amazing. We started our quest for a new car a few weeks ago at the auto show in Cleveland. Since then we visited 4 different auto Dealerships (Two of them wer We started our quest for a new car a few weeks ago at the auto show in Cleveland. Since then we visited 4 different auto Dealerships (Two of them were Kia Dealers.) We narrowed it down to two different Vehicles a Hyundai and a Kia. Mr. Beharry was a significant factor in our decision to purchase the KIA. Once we did, we knew we were coming back to Halleen in North Olmsted to work with Teddy. Teddy was professional, personable, knowledgeable. No pressure but his ability to listen to and satisfy our concerns and needs made it apparent he wanted to sell us the vehicle we chose without making us feel pressured. One thing that made him so different than the others we have worked with at the competitor Dealers was his ability to listen. I was either in sales or customer service for 40 years, and owned my own insurance agency for 27 years. What I have garnered over that time, is that those who truly listen and have the ability to communicate at the level that Teddy showed thru our entire experience are the most successful at any career. If I had not retired and still owned my Insurance and Financial Services Agency I would be doing my best to steal him away from Halleen Kia of north Olmsted. Thanks Teddy. More
