We came in with a nearly impossible situation (ANYWHERE else, it would have BEEN!! ) and they were able to put us in the EXACT vehicle that we wanted! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even about other vehicles we had been looking at. Everyone knows that the car buying experience can be a lengthy process, and he as well as everyone else there made sure that we were comfortable and felt at ease during the entire process! Russ Thomas and Tim Long were amazing! They worked hard to find a way to make this a possibility for us and pulled through with flying colors! Russ was very friendly, honest, and very funny! Tim was caring and extremely kind and he went above and beyond and worked hard to get the deal put through! Matt Dunn was great and worked with Tim to make sure we got the best deal possible, which was more than what we thought we would ever qualify for! Mr. Jerry ward was also super friendly and personally approved our deal! The ENTIRE team was warm and inviting!
