Jerry Ward Autoplex was/is such a pleasant experience. As a single very elderly woman having never bought a car by herself before, the process was very painless. I had several fears from dealing with a few car salesmen in the past. First I asked to speak to Jerry Ward himself. He did not try to hurry my interview but did guide my questions. I was nervous and my head was spinning with questions. At the onset I had not narrowed down what my priority wants were in my next car. I just knew what type of car I wanted. The features and specifics were yet to be determined. First I had to sell two cars. Jerry connected me with Matt Dunn. This young and very knowledgeable man impressed me from the first moment. I was convinced he was honest, smart, perspective, kind and patient. Jerry and Matt together evaluated both cars and fortunately bought them saving me lots of stress. At this point I still was not ready nor even knew where or from whom my dream car would be found and bought from. These two men gave me thoughtful and what I perceived honest treatment. I did need to go into the Autoplex several times later before turning my two cars over to them and each time I was met with friendly welcoming words from all the salesmen and office staff I spoke to. I continued to be impressed. I then sat down and wrote out my ‘want list’ and delivered a copy to Jerry and Matt. Matt had to be out of the office for several days but surprisingly and unexpectedly Jerry found I believe four cars quickly which met features from my ‘want list. I asked to see one right away and the rest is ‘history.’ I LOVE my car! I can say without hesitation I will not hesitate to recommend Jerry Ward Autoplex. The entire atmosphere was calm, inviting and friendly. The employees were all willing to help whether it was to find the person I was looking for or who could answer the question I asked. (The only wish and hopefully suggestion-which I know cannot be changed- is unfortunately my tastes are on the expensive side - I did spend more than I wanted to! But a girl knows what she wants!!!!) Thank you everyone at Jerry Ward’s Autoplex. Well Done. I wish all of you continued success. All of you work for and deserve success. More

Absolutely a wonderful car buying experience. My son was looking to purchase a Volvo sedan this dealership had that was exactly the vehicle he was looking for. He asked me to assist him because I had spent several years as a master certified sales consultant at a Volvo dealership prior to retiring. Tony, the salesperson, Tim in finance, and Jerry the owner, we’re very down to earth, sincere, honest and humble. Best all, no pressure at all. They truly went above and beyond. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. My son got a great car, a great deal, and they made sure he got the best financing terms available. I can honestly tell, other car dealers could take a lesson from the folks at Jerry Ward. It was an eight hour round trip for us to visit this dealership, and I assure you, we’d drive it again to specifically purchase from them in the future.
