**BUYER BEWARE** After owning ten Toyotas and being a loyal customer for years, I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience. My 2024 Tundra TRD Off-Road Premium developed severe engine issues—knock loyal customer for years, I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience. My 2024 Tundra TRD Off-Road Premium developed severe engine issues—knocking noises and metal in the oil—at only 14,600 miles. The dealership partially rebuilt the engine, which has significantly decreased the vehicle’s value. Even worse, Freeman Toyota has acknowledged that Toyota no longer holds the same resale value it once did, and, even more concerning, no longer has the reliability the brand was once known for. They’ve admitted I will take a substantial financial loss on this vehicle and are unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. Loyal customers deserve better than this. If you’re considering buying a Toyota, think twice about how much support you’ll receive when issues inevitably arise. It’s clear that loyalty, reliability, and brand reputation don’t matter as much as they used to. More
