Our family experience with Beaver Toyota and Bob Vespi was exceptional. Every care was taken to ensure that both myself and my husband drove away in the car that best fit our needs, uses, tastes and drea was exceptional. My husband has been very pleased with his Camry Hybrid, since September 2024. After much research I was looking for a RAV4 Hybrid. We were able drive off the lot with a beautiful XLE in the exact color and trim that I had hoped for. Once the 2025 was located and a test drive completed, we were able to reach terms and finish the paperwork while our 8 year old announced she planned to work for the dealership. It was not only painless, but as good of a car buying experience that we have ever had. Bob Vespi was diligent in finding the right car, the right terms and making sure after the sale that we were happy and well educated on the features and gadgets of our new RAV4 XLE. More

My husband and I had a horrible experience at Beaver Toyota last month in November 2024. We were shopping for an SUV, either a RAV4 or Highlander before heading to the dealership. I had been in contact Toyota last month in November 2024. We were shopping for an SUV, either a RAV4 or Highlander before heading to the dealership. I had been in contact with the dealership to confirm inventory. When we got to the dealership, we met with our sales person that I had been in contact with. It was so cold outside, so rather than trying to find it himself and bringing it up to the front for us to test drive, he had us walk the entire lot and we were never able to find them. We were looking for a higher level trim, and even though their website and personal inventory said it was in stock it was not. He then put us in a LE level vehicle to “test drive“. When we got back to the dealership, I told him that SE and LE did not have the features that I was looking for. He finally decided to search his inventory for a car that would be delivered within the next week. We asked if we could get the financials for a vehicle we were looking at so he went to the “back“ to speak to finance. Well, they proceeded to jerk us around By sending a “sales manager” out to us while they were ending their evening with a sales meeting and this was the BIGGEST insult of the night. Jerry tried to push us into a completely different vehicle than we wanted, “just go test drive it, you’ll love it” was the pitch. He didn’t listen to any of the requirements for features we were looking for; the vehicle was more expensive but had significantly less features(it was an SE) than we were looking for. It felt slimy and car sales-y because he was just trying to sell a car. When I asked questions about why he was trying to sell me a different car, he refused to answer and couldn’t give me a good reason as to why I should try this other car, except it’s because it’s what they had out front. I would NEVER send my friends or family to Beaver Toyota! More

I have been looking for first generation Tundra for a long time. I found the exact one I wanted and my salesman Ned went above and beyond to make sure that my car buying experience was nothing less than long time. I found the exact one I wanted and my salesman Ned went above and beyond to make sure that my car buying experience was nothing less than Perfect. I have been in the automotive industry and car buying can be daunting but not with Ned, he made sure that my first time experience with Beaver Toyota was a great one. Not only did he make sure that the transition into my new (well, new to me) vehicle was simple and smooth, he also made sure that I was enjoying my new vehicle days after and if there was anything he can do for me. That’s customer service that is rare in today’s age. Thank you Ned and the rest of the Beaver Toyota family for taking care of me and making me feel like I’m part of the family. Thank you More

I came in with my defenses up (I had a bad experience with a past car salesman and just the general bad stereotype the car salesman carries in the average consumer's mindset) wanting to purchase a new ca with a past car salesman and just the general bad stereotype the car salesman carries in the average consumer's mindset) wanting to purchase a new car. The main reason I wanted to purchase at Beaver Toyota before visiting the other lots around nearby where I live is because I have had excellent in the past getting my previous car serviced (Peter Nsheiwat one of the most honest and most helpful service managers at this location). Ned was accommodating and attentive to what I was looking for in the price range of the vehicle I had in mind. After making my purchase (2024 Toyota Corolla), over the weekend I was able to look more in-depth at my contract and realized I rushed the process more than I should have. There were some amounts that were concerning to me, and I communicated my displeasure to Ned and this is where I got to see the genuine and more human side of this gentleman. He told me to come back and that the company genuinely looks out for the consumer's satisfaction despite my skepticism. I got to see the family man that he is and that he really will work with you. Later, I realized there were changes that could be made on my end. I was able to communicate with David Seals (a really nice and genuine dude) in the finance department and he was more than helpful in making adjustments. The process was way easier than I anticipated, and I realized there was no need to be so defensive. In the end, I was at ease and satisfied with the final purchase price. Truth be told, this experience completely abolished the bad experience with the shady car salesman I had dealt with in Orlando back in 2006. Here at Beaver Toyota: Ned Alnuaimi (sales), David Seals (finance), and Jerry May (sales manager) have all changed my mindset and attitude in purchasing a car as a consumer. At the end of the day, it is my responsibility to do the research in purchasing a car, negotiating the price, and being aware of the extra charges in the finance department. I am trying to save money, and they are trying to make money and there is always a middle ground where both parties can come to a mutual and peaceful agreement. I plan to continue to service my (new) car here at Beaver Toyota and to stay a faithful consumer. My heart and mind have softened towards the business side and look forward to saying hi to Ned when I drop by the lot. They are genuine people (at least the ones I encountered) and they will work with you to your satisfaction! I am writing my review 8 days after I purchased my car so I can tell you I have had time to reassess everything, and I can tell you honestly that the people I worked with are genuine and I am grateful to have worked with all 3 of them. More
