We purchased a used vehicle. It was sold at a good price, but needed service. We were guaranteed a loaner vehicle and that we could drive it off the lot that day after purchase. It was sold at a good price, but needed service. We were guaranteed a loaner vehicle and that we could drive it off the lot that day after purchase. After documents were signed we were notified that aren’t any loaner vehicles available. If we wanted to drive it off the lot that day we would have to drive over an hour to come back with the purchased vehicle and another one to drive ourselves back. Wait for service and then come back again with two cars. With an infant that would be difficult so we opted to leave the dealership after signing papers without our purchased vehicle. Still we have to come with two vehicles to pick up vehicle after service. An inconvenience to a buyer who spent over $30,000. It was stated the service wasn’t completed before listing because parts were hard to receive. Now all of a sudden it can be serviced in 2 days after it was purchased. More
