Jerry is originally from Woodson, Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1988. He has been with the Jim Ellis Family since 1993 and joined Audi Atlanta in 2007. As our Service Director, Jerry oversees the technical shop and manages the department's employees including our porters, courtesy vehicle drivers, and technicians. He enjoys spending quality time with his four boys and tinkering with classic cars. Jerry's favorite car is the 2018 Audi A7.

Regular service For second time I brought my car in for regular schedule service and everything was fine with the car before the service- within a week of having the For second time I brought my car in for regular schedule service and everything was fine with the car before the service- within a week of having the car back something major fails and I have to bring it back and pay thousands of dollars for repair. I do not trust this group. The repair rep tried to tell me that they would gladly get me into a new Audi since my car was old and these repair were going to continue to occur. Shady practice with this dealership. More

Car will leave worse than it came in I brought my Audi R8 in for a routine service with everything working and only needing the scheduled maintenance. After picking up my car I noticed m I brought my Audi R8 in for a routine service with everything working and only needing the scheduled maintenance. After picking up my car I noticed my A/C wasn't blowing cold. I immediately called and brought it back the next day. They called and said that since compressors often go out on this type of Audi and they feel they weren't around it they are accepting no responsibility. They offered to fix it at a 20% discount to "help me out." Again, I never had a problem before and I leave it with them for a day and it suddenly doesn't work. So even with that discount they expect me to pay them $5,000 to fix something that worked before they worked on the car. Hopefully this message will serve as a warning for anyone who even considers using Audi Atlanta. More

Warranty Repair I originally took my Audi A6 to Audi Atlanta on April 10, 2017 due to excessive timing chain noise from the engine. During the first two weeks the ca I originally took my Audi A6 to Audi Atlanta on April 10, 2017 due to excessive timing chain noise from the engine. During the first two weeks the car was at the dealer the timing chain noise was misdiagnosed as the motor mounts needing replaced. I picked up the car and immediately returned it due to the original issue still existing. It took another week before they correctly diagnosed the timing chain tensioners as needing replaced per the Audi TSB. It took another week before I got my vehicle back. After 4 weeks of being at the dealer and replacing the engine mounts and the timing chain tensioners, I picked up my vehicle and noticed that it now had a vibration and resonance coming from the engine bay above 2,000RPM. I believe something to be misaligned after the engine removal and reinstall. I called Audi Atlanta and I returned the vehicle on May 18th to have the latest noise diagnosed. While I was there I had the opportunity to show one of the service techs what the car was doing and he agreed that it wasn’t normal. I received a call later in the day and they told me they found a heat shield loose and had secured it then retuned the vehicle to me on the evening of May 18th. Upon my drive home with the vehicle I noticed no change with it as it still is making the same noise and vibration coming from the engine bay. I once again called Audi Atlanta and made another service appointment for May 30th to have the issue diagnosed again. I arrived at Audi Atlanta on May 30 and dropped off my vehicle to have the noise and vibration diagnosed again. I, once again, was able to show the same service tech what the car was doing. He agreed that it still was not right and that he remembered me from before. Believe it or not after they called and told me the vehicle was ready, when I went to pick it up there was still no change. I then was able to show the original tech that did the chain tensioner work what the issue was since he was the one that took the motor out and put it back in. He was able to resolve the issue. After driving the vehicle for a couple weeks I noticed that my garage floor had oil spots on it. I discovered that the belly pan on the car was soaked with engine oil and was dripping through it and the passenger side lower control arm, axle boot, and frame rail were also covered in oil. I have once again returned the car to Audi Atlanta in hopes that they can resolve this additional issue they created when they replaced the chain tensioners. I very much do not recommend this dealer for service as they keep creating more problems then they solve. It's absolutely ridiculous I have had to return this many times to have things fixed that should never have been created in the first place if their workmanship had been better. More

He is not only knowledgeable about the brand but he maximizes his facility with technology to bring the brand to the cutting edge of relevance. Travis created an impossible deal for me. Truly, he is a miracle worker. Travis went above and beyond, providing me not only with excellent service throughout the shopping and sales process but also with exemplary follow-through on every detail, right down to procuring floor mats for me at the last minute that I had hoped for when we were first negotiating our deal. The service team headed up by Jerry Kimbrough and Chris Lee should be called the "full-service" team in its clear investment in their customers' positive experience. Cortlin Graber was a pleasure to work with on the finance side and made that process, which can sometimes be mind-numbing, move smoothly and quickly.
