address in response in hopes of getting some resolve. I bought a Kia Optima 10/2 with partial cash and a check from Navy Fed. I left the dealership with a drive out tag Date of 11/16/2024 11/16 I bought a Kia Optima 10/2 with partial cash and a check from Navy Fed. I left the dealership with a drive out tag Date of 11/16/2024 11/16 came and I called and was advised they were working on the title and to visit the Motor Vehicles Office to get a 30 day extension. I left work to go the Tag Office (due to no fault of mine) and was given an extension to 12/16 which is fastly approaching. Navy Fed is now emailing me threatening to raise my interest rate due to not receiving the title after 2 months. Fast forward to last week, I called and was told that they were in contact with the previous lien holder and they are sending it effective last Thursday which means 11/21. I started calling back this week and asked for a manager who claimed he would call me back on Tuesday 12/9. No call back. I called yesterday and a voicemail came on in the Tag and titles department that is full. I then called the dealership yesterday and spoke with Kyle who advised me to call him back this morning. I called him as advised provided all my info and no return call as of now. 2 managers no call back, a voicemail that is full, and my college African American son about to be driving on an expired Tag in 5 days. Saddest part is i need another car for my daughter and I promised Jeremiah I would purchase from you guys but that will not happen. The amount of unprofessionalism is absurd! More

Bought vehicle in August didn't receive buyers guide upon purchase out of all the paperwork, went back demanding my paperwork sat their 4 hours just to get screwed with a incorrect finance amount and all the purchase out of all the paperwork, went back demanding my paperwork sat their 4 hours just to get screwed with a incorrect finance amount and all these products added to the vehicle I did not agree to nor was aware of nor was on my buyers guide. I have them on recording admitting to messing up my paperwork. I have called and left several emails to get my finance amount corrected still no efforts nor responses from staff nor Cj. I feel like they are scaming peoples paperwork stealing financed money. My balance should be $21226 but shows $24955. They won't fix it! More

I purchased a car for my father-in-law on 6/28/2024. The temporary tag expired in August and I called the tag office to see where my tag was at and they said that nothing had been sent over from the dea The temporary tag expired in August and I called the tag office to see where my tag was at and they said that nothing had been sent over from the dealership. I called the dealership and they said there was an error on their end on where the car was to be registered. (This response was given after I tried to call the dealership for several days trying to get in touch with someone). I spoke to Angel who then referred me over to Jaylynn. He mailed me some documents to sign again. I signed it and sent it back the very same day via the return envelope that was sent. It is now a month later and I called my tag office again. Again, they said they have nothing from the dealership. I called the dealership and Jaylynn said he would call me back, he has not. I called the corporate office and they said they have not received anything from the dealership as well. I called the office several times to get in touch with someone, but I have been unsuccessful. I am extremely frustrated and tired of going back and forth. I need this resolved. I have also paid in full over a month ago and the tag office said they have not received any information on that either, or anything from Kia releasing the title. I need this to get taken care of. I have purchased several cars from other dealerships before and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of willingness to help on something that I had paid the dealership to take care of. We finally received the tag 4 months later and we are still waiting on the title. More

I regret to inform you that my experience with this dealership did not meet my expectations. I cannot recommend this dealership to others, and I advise potential customers to consider their options car dealership did not meet my expectations. My impression is that the professionalism exhibited by the staff was lacking, which contributed to my dissatisfaction. In my opinion, Alm Kia does not represent the standards one might hope for in a car dealership. More

This dealership admittedly damaged the car on all sides during the buying process. The excuse given by management is “these young salesman aren’t careful sometimes” and “That’s why you should have bought i during the buying process. The excuse given by management is “these young salesman aren’t careful sometimes” and “That’s why you should have bought it on my first visit”. The dealership obviously had a problem with me comparing offers and not buying until I was able to secure insurance which is normal shopping practices. As a solution, salesman manager also offered me to pay for it myself out of pocket and said they would make no adjustment on the price or deal. In any other industry, if the product is damaged, the price would not remain the same and the dealership would use better customer service rather than rolling the cost to me. This was a purposeful shady hateful retaliatory gesture. This dealership expected me to make a 5+ year financial commitment over the weekend, which is unreasonable. To top it off, they ran several duplicate credit inquiries on the day of purchase, after I had already gone through the approval process. This seemed like an intentional move to hurt my credit profile and future creditworthiness. Lastly, I received the car after what they called a “full detail,” but it still had sticky marks from no-smoking stickers on the center console from when it was used as a rental car, which hadn’t been cleaned. For a $40k purchase, I expected much better. More
