Purchased 2019 Ridgeline White with 120thousand Miles great working with the sales manager to get the deal I wanted. That satisfied me enough to purchase the Truck. More info= Requested they put timing belt on for the price of the parts as was not enough service history from previous owner they agreed & that made me happy to purchase the truck being no way to tell if that recommended service had been performed but now i know it's safe to continue to drive with the timing belt being replaced for me before purchase. More

We were sold a used 2016 Dodge Charger. We also bought an extended warranty. About a week after purchase, the key fob didn’t work to open the car. The key didn’t work either. We found o We also bought an extended warranty. About a week after purchase, the key fob didn’t work to open the car. The key didn’t work either. We found out that the key was never cut. It was an uncut key blank. That resulted in the car needing to be towed to a local dealer. They replaced the battery and cut the key. It also needed a wire replaced. The cost was about $850. After talking to Honda of Ames, they refused to pay for any of it, not even the cost of the key. When you buy a car with a key, you expect the key to work. At the very least, they should have paid for the key, and it would have been nice to buy a car with a good battery. (It also only had 1 key fob). We are very unhappy and would not recommend buying a car from them. More
