They literally smile in your face while they knowingly lie to you and refuse to do the things they agreed to do. It doesn't matter if they agree in writing. They don't care. This is a hateful place with aggressive, rude managers and salespeople. They agreed to fix items, in writing, and then told me later that they absolutely would NOT be doing the things they agreed to. I want to sincerely thank the staff at Showcase Honda for giving me the worst car buying experience of my life. And if they tell you that you have to go through the American Honda Association for resolution, that's also a lie. Honda will apologize for your terrible experience and then remind you that they take zero accountability for the dealerships that sell their vehicles and will not do anything to help you. Everyone I encountered at Showcase Honda should be ashamed of themselves. More

New used car I went to Honda Showcase to find a new used car. I had my eye on a newer 2015 Honda civic it was grey. When I got there they ended up not having the c I went to Honda Showcase to find a new used car. I had my eye on a newer 2015 Honda civic it was grey. When I got there they ended up not having the car I was disappointed, especially because I drove all the way from Chandler to phx, however I left there with a smile because James was so friendly and nice. the next day I got a email from James saying they got a newer white Honda civic lx in, not only was it nicer it also had less miles on it. so I was intrigued and said yeah ill check it out. I ended up loving it and the manager Jerry gave me a discount for my troubles. I will definitely go back to them for future car purchases and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used Honda. More
