I bought a used Nissan Altima last month. I had to go back the next day to let them know the windshield wipers were destroyed. They replaced them, thankfully. A few weeks later, I noticed that the breaks back the next day to let them know the windshield wipers were destroyed. They replaced them, thankfully. A few weeks later, I noticed that the breaks were squeaking loudly & there was a broken piece on the sun visor so I took it back in thinking it would be no issue getting these issues resolved (seeing as I haven’t even had the car long enough to make a payment yet & im paying an extra $90 a month for the gold mpp warranty they offered.) They told me that although the breaks are squeaking, they are still safe therefore they aren’t covered under the warranty. They proceeded to tell me “What do you expect? You purchased a new car.” There was no compassion or understanding for my frustrations of having bought a car that has had issue after issue so soon (used or not) from what I thought was a trustworthy/respectable dealership. Im extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity displayed by these folks. I pray that I can get into contact with someone from Honda who does the right thing for their customers. More

I purchased a used vehicle in 2019 and am constantly harassed over email and phone calls to upgrade despite each time requesting to be taken off the call list. Because of this exclusively , Showcase Hon harassed over email and phone calls to upgrade despite each time requesting to be taken off the call list. Because of this exclusively , Showcase Honda will never receive my business again. Nothing I say has changed how these calls go and they are causing me distress. I have been unable to get through to anyone and when transferred to management, I am sent straight to voicemail without any response in MONTHS. This is shameful, rude and at this point, straight up harassment. I am not sure what else to do but share this experience to prevent others from experiencing this as it is horrible. As general manager, I hold Jerry Green personally responsible for this abuse. More

Not a serious dealership when it comes to serving the customer. Tried to buy a car from them. Asked them to wait a day for me to confirmation whether or not the schoolI work for was closing or not due to customer. Tried to buy a car from them. If dollar signs is all they can see and not customer needs, then I in the most strongest of terms say don't buy from these people as they as only in it for the money. Hi last april 15 th I brought 2019 odyssey. There is some issues on the new car then next day I was call them to inform them (agent roody & ali) they saying once purchase the car that's all you cannot return issues on the new car then next day I was call them to inform them (agent roody & ali) they saying once purchase the car that's all you cannot return the car or anything. I brought car high value of money they are not helping. Please customers don't go this place that's my suggestion Very bad customer service. If we go to Walmart we buy $10 worth of toys .if kids don't like it we return the item right. Why the car shop people don't do that. More
