The service dept was great. They found issues I was unaware of and corrected them. However , when I picked up my vehicle, there were greasy hand prints all over my white hood an They found issues I was unaware of and corrected them. However , when I picked up my vehicle, there were greasy hand prints all over my white hood and one of the door panels that was taken off for a mirror repair was not replaced properly. Once I brought the fire panel to their attention, it was replaced correctly. I did not mention the greasy handprints on the hood but probably should have. More

Jerry was wonderful in communicating what was going on with my SUV. I had forgotten to ask for a quick wash and he went ahead and asked for it for me.
