I had to return a Subaru, which I purchased from you all, just to go 11k upside down on a used Colorado. I needed a vehicle and the Subaru sold to me had after market parts, which caused engine issues. Once just to go 11k upside down on a used Colorado. I needed a vehicle and the Subaru sold to me had after market parts, which caused engine issues. Once in the Colorado I found that someone tried to hide a scratch using a Leif Johnson sticker. Completely unprofessional. Upon signing for the Colorado I had an associate wave me down to finish the paperwork which assumed was already completed. After spending all day at the dealership and having returned 5 times prior to service the subaru I was completely over it and wanted to leave. Worst customer service experience ever. Was made to feel like I was being done a favor only to find out that I’d be upside down 11k in the end which I reluctantly accepted seeing how I need a vehicle to work. I will never return to Leif Johnson and will be telling everyone I know to stay away. More
