I appreciate the complimentary wash, but the car was visually indistinguishable from when I dropped it off. While I understand it's complimentary, this reflects poorly on the gesture. Although they did run the car through the wash again, I was offered a paid service for a proper wash, which was unsatisfactory. The manager's condescending tone suggested I should accept subpar service just because it was free, which is not the level of customer service Toyota should stand for. I likened it to receiving a poorly prepared meal at a restaurant. I cannot say enough about the incredible experience my family had at this dealership. Jerry (the sales manager) and Jose (our salesman) went above and beyond in every possible way. Our family is going through a very difficult time—my father-in-law is on hospice and unable to leave home—but he wanted more than anything to be involved in buying a car for his 16-year-old daughter. Jerry and Jose showed such kindness, empathy, and professionalism. They allowed us to take the vehicle to my father-in-law so he could see it in person and be part of the process. That small gesture meant everything to him—and to us. Both Jerry and Jose were honest, transparent, and incredibly fair when it came to pricing. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Instead, we felt supported and understood. They handled our unique situation with compassion and care, making what could have been a sad or stressful moment into something truly special. Thanks to them, my entire family is not only happy with the car, but grateful for the way they honored one of my father-in-law’s final wishes. I will never forget the kindness they showed us. I made an appointment a week in advance to have my car serviced (Oil change, etc). mArrived a few minutes early, but WAITED 2 1/2 HOURS. This is not acceptable service. We have purchased two cars fro serviced (Oil change, etc). mArrived a few minutes early, but WAITED 2 1/2 HOURS. This is not acceptable service. We have purchased two cars from this dealership within the last 4 years.We have always used the Service Department here. This was the 3rd visit to get a warranty key fob. I have never received such honest and professional service as I received from Deluca Toyota. No xx no lying no high pressure. The Manager Jerry Brigante was forthright and extremely personable. My sales person Monica Garcia restored my faith that their are honest salesperson out there. She had a great attitude. Easy to talk to and guided me through the whole process. Mr. Deluca in the finance department made the end process smooth and explained everything to me and very personable. It made it such a great pleasure for the first time ever since I have ever purchased a vehicle where I said to myself If I ever needed to purchase to look no further than Deluca Toyota. I had zero regrets! More
