Had a basic oil change and tire rotation and asked to
include the spare. They told my husband they couldn’t add the spare into the rotation because the dealership didn’t put a sensor in the tire. Proble

Problem is I have had the spare included multiple times in the rotation. Then my husband gets home with the bronco and the entire back spare wheel is about to fall off, they did include the spare in the rotation and hand threaded the screw tops on- the spare tire was driven 40 minutes down a freeway not secured. It took me 3 tools to get the nuts tight enough. Not sure what would have happened if the spare fell off on the freeway due to the dealerships major error. This was the second time we used this dealership because we bought it there but will be going back to a different dealership hoping no issues arise like this again.
