My name is Jerrod Ridgeway Assistant Service Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I have been in the automotive industry since 2011 and have been with the Germain family of dealerships for several years. I believe customers always come first and their happiness is my goal. I was born in Newark, OH, and raised in Heath. I enjoy being from a small town where it’s quiet and isn’t too far from Columbus if you want to have a good time. I graduated from Heath HS and The Ohio State University. Away from the dealership, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my wife and kid. If I were to be a superhero, I would strive to be Captain America because he can’t do wrong. I enjoy listening to Pandora’s 90’s alternative channel and the beach is where I head for vacation. It is relaxing and a nice getaway. The Tundra is my favorite in the Toyota line, I am a fan of trucks.
