While you purchased your BMW at our Imports location, your service appointment was for our Infiniti store where we have technicians trained to handle that make of vehicle. We apologize if that information was not made clear when you made your appointment. However, upon your arrival at our Imports store, the service advisor stated they could still assist you at the Imports location. At Jackie Cooper Imports, we sell all vehicle makes and models in our pre-owned department and we are completely comfortable with whatever vehicle a customer drives upon our lot and service drive. We apologize if you felt otherwise. It wasn't our intent and we work hard to make sure all customers are treated equally, no matter what they drive.
