Josief and Jerrid are fantastic. Your service department is sub-par at best. Following a large issue a few weeks back, today led me further down the negative track. Their communication was awful and we received a very lukewarm response because we were not driving one of their brands. They only tried to help once I expressed my displeasure. When I stopped back a few minutes later, this time driving my Mercedes, they were very enthusiastic to see me and bending over backwards to help. This is unacceptable. More
