Jerod is extremely knowledgeable on the mechanics of various vehicles...which is always a great help to someone like me who is not mechanically inclined. Besides his vehicle knowledge, Jerod is also great at explaining the financial aspect too. He doesn't hem haw you...he listens to what you say your budget is and does everything in his power to keep you in line with the budget. With Jerod, I know that my leasing experience will be smooth sailing. He also easily available to answers any questions I may have once I have taken possession of a vehicle. I realized several hours later I couldn’t open my garage because it was programmed in my old SUV. I texted Jerod in the late evening and he responded willing to help. The next day he went out of his way and drove my old SUV all the way back to Dallas from Fort Worth. He met me at my house so I could open my garage.
