This is our second time purchasing a car from the Nissan dealership in Fort Pierce, and once again, the experience was absolutely amazing! Timothy Johnson, Ken Kelly, Jamar Wells, and Jermaine with the insu dealership in Fort Pierce, and once again, the experience was absolutely amazing! Timothy Johnson, Ken Kelly, Jamar Wells, and Jermaine with the insurance team were all incredible to work with. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel completely comfortable and never pressured at all. They were so patient throughout the entire process, answered every question we had, and truly took the time to work with us to get an amazing deal. You can genuinely tell that they love what they do and enjoy helping people, which made the whole experience feel personal and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find, and this team went above and beyond to make sure we left happy and confident in our purchase. We are so grateful for all of their help and kindness. We will absolutely continue coming back here for future vehicles and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience! More

I had a frustrating experience during the financing process when leasing my vehicle. The monthly payment was presented as $536, but it was never clearly explained that this did not include tax, and my process when leasing my vehicle. The monthly payment was presented as $536, but it was never clearly explained that this did not include tax, and my actual payment ended up being $577.70. My mother and I feel completely taken advantage of. We were also never given the opportunity to review the contract before signing. I was then promised a $600 check to resolve the situation, but I still have not received it. I have called, emailed, and followed up multiple times with no response. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to follow through has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend Nissan of Fort Pierce to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from them on February 11. As of this date May 14 the dealership STILL has not transferred the title or registration over to me. I have left them a dozen voicemails and also sent emails including the general manager Jay Gantz, Daniel Malave, Eric Bennett, and several other managers and no one even has the decency to get back to me. They stole almost $2000 from me and never remitted the sales tax I paid to them to the State, which now makes it a Felony according to the Florida Attorney General. I have ALL paperwork showing I paid for this vehicle IN FULL including the title and registration transfer fees and the sales tax. I filed a Complaint with the Florida dealer licensing board and was told by them that they had had multiple similar complaints about this dealership and that they are actively investigating their illegal practices. You should choose any other dealer and stay away from Nissan of Fort Pierce. They are unethical, unprofessional, liars and thieves! Take your business to a dealer that is reputable be sure to read the reviews on Fort Pierce of Nissan and you will see many others complaining about their unscrupulous and illegal business tactics. --JenW More

I hope I never go back to Nissan because this is ridiculous. I went there just for a fluid service on my car. The fluid itself cost only $39.99, but they charged me $441 for labor just to change it. ridiculous. I went there just for a fluid service on my car. Charging that much for such a simple service feels like straight-up thieving people. More

First experience shopping was good but then once we agreed upon price and trade in and then went back to financing it went downhill. First I have no idea who Judith is bc we always dealt with Jermaine agreed upon price and trade in and then went back to financing it went downhill. First I have no idea who Judith is bc we always dealt with Jermaine in financing who misrepresented the extended warranty and then when we got home and looked at it discovered he’d billed us for 6394 instead of 2900 which was what he told us the package cost. It took over 11 phone calls and voicemails from my husband and I plus about 14 emails to Jermaine Wallace, Jamar Willis, Rodney Gallagher ( finance manager), Daisy Fuentes who is customer service relations and even emails to GM. Finally 4 days later Rodney called and sent us a rewritten contract which is what we agreed to in the first place. This changed our payment by about 150 dollars so definitely something worth noting! Beware of financing and how they present the extended warranty bc you could be lied to. More
