After several awful dealership experiences working with Ales was a welcome pleasure. Polite, knowledgeable and low pressure. My 2011 BMW X3 has been serviced by Leith ever since I bought it. A few months ago I brought the car in for a noice coming from the engine, I was told it was pulley. They changed the pulley. Upon retriev bought it. A few months ago I brought the car in for a noice coming from the engine, I was told it was pulley. They changed the pulley. Upon retrieving the car, I heard the same noice and immediately made another appointment. This time I was told it was a valve inside the oil pan underneath the car. I replaced it. A couple of days later a message popped up " drive train malfunction", again I immediately made a service appointment. Before my appointment date a noice prompted me to call my service representative. I took my car in and this time was told the engine was no good. Other than the issues mentioned above, Leith BMW has been the only place I've serviced my X3 and other BMW. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service and feel that something was not properly done resulting in the engine issue I am facing now. I made several attempts to talk to upper management without success. If you love your German automobile please consider servicing it at other repair shops. There are others more reputable than LEITH BMW. LEITH BMW should be the last place on your mind. More

If you are looking for excellent customer service, honesty, dependability on maintenance DO NOT look here! Leith BMW does not follow through or follow up. I have attempted to contact Kelly Barbour num honesty, dependability on maintenance DO NOT look here! Leith BMW does not follow through or follow up. I have attempted to contact Kelly Barbour numerous times over the last several weeks and he absolutely does NOT return phone calls. My maintenance package has net been honored and I am currently dealing with breaks that have 124,000 miles on them that BMW has refused to replace!! I would suggest shopping somewhere else if you want an honest experience. More

Jimmy and Leith were everything I was hoping for and more in both financing and sales floor interactions. I ended up buying the first of the cars I test drove but felt no pressure to buy on the spot; Jimmy i in both financing and sales floor interactions. I ended up buying the first of the cars I test drove but felt no pressure to buy on the spot; Jimmy introduced me to Mr. Metzler on my first visit and took me seriously from the very beginning which was truly a wonderful experience for me as a young, female, recent college graduate buying a car on my own. I brought my boyfriend for our first visit just in case I was met with the side-eye that I was anticipating, but Jimmy and everyone else were wonderful and I ended up visiting the next two times by myself and felt completely safe and comfortable. The most important part of the buying process to me was of course finding the right vehicle, but beyond that it was how the dealership made me feel and if it was clear that fairness and honesty were ingrained in the transaction. Leith - thanks to Jimmy, and Ben, and a great person in the parts department who helped me buy a roof rack before I even left the dealership - ended up being a PERFECT experience and I’ve already recommended them to a very close female friend of mine who is also a fellow 2020 graduate. I trust them and I truly could not have been happier with my experience. I came into the process very skeptical about dealerships in general but I would make that 1 hour 15 minute drive from my home to Leith anytime to get a part or receive servicing as opposed to going somewhere closer or ordering online. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me through my very first car buying decision and for making it such a seamless, accepting, kind, and thoughtful experience. It really means so much to me and I have my Leith plate-holder on with pride. (Ales was great too- he helped me when Jimmy was briefly away) More
