There was a recall for my 2024 Honda CRV. Amanda, from MMH called me to set up an appointment to get the problem fixed. She was very friendly and accomodating. I brought my car in and was greeted by Josh, in the service department. He explained what was going to be done in a professional and informative way. He led me to the waiting area and told me he would come get me when the service was completed, which might take up to 2 hours. It took less time than that. When he came to get me, he explained exactly what he had done. The whole experience was a very positive one. I am completely satisfied. More
