You should work with Jeremy Wootan, who I would like to call the "car whisperer" 😃he knows so much about the industry and the type of car that is best for you and can magically find just what you're looking for within the first day of sitting with you. He also came recommended from a previous buyer who was elated with their experience. He does low pressure sales and does not try and get you to get something that is outside of your price range or budget range. I had planned to go to three different dealerships but didn't even bother with the other two once I went to Fred Martin. Most of their cars have an amazing warranty - free oil changes and a lifetime warranty which means they know you will be coming back so that means they are selling you a good car. You also get to look at the entire Carfax report while there, he also explained how you could tell by looking at the Carfax whether someone was a street driver or highway driver and if that person properly maintained their car. This may be common knowledge for some, but helpful for people who don't usually use Carfax. Jeremy Wootan diligently explained the entire sales process and all the details and the final price was just one easy lump sum to understand. I am so happy with my new purchase I will refer anyone who asks as well as people who don't ask to select Jeremy Wootan as their Fred Martin representative. More

We picked out a car and we’re told they would have it ready in five days. Also told we would be kept updated. No updates were given until I called and then it took hours, to be passed around to other peo ready in five days. Also told we would be kept updated. No updates were given until I called and then it took hours, to be passed around to other people. Six days later was informed that car was not ready, and we would need to find another option. Once we got through that mess we did the paperwork and was told they just needed to gas it up and put the tags on it, 15-30 minutes. 3 hours later still waiting- they completely forgot we were there, even though they told us several times 15 minutes! Then the following day I received a phone call that we needed to come back to re-sign the paperwork because they put incorrect information on the contract ( we live an hour away). Overall not a great experience, not sure I can recommend your service More
