The dealership was very clean. Comfortable place to shop. Jeremy was very professional, patient, honest, and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good about him. After completing the purchase, I was contacted by 2 different people about documents that were definitely completed and signed, but somehow misplaced. My first impression of fi manager Rafeek Nassief, was that of a snake oil salesman. My suspicion was confirmed after about 10 mins of aggressive sales pressure. I was so frustrated, I seriously contemplated taking my business elsewhere. I personally believe people in the world are already having a hard enough time as is, and don't need another well dressed salesman working unnecessarily hard to part them from whatever coins they have left. Again, I have to stress, Jeremy Stroot was great and probably the only reason I reconsidered abandoning the deal. Thanks for asking. Please let me know if I can advise in any other way. More
