By the time I had reached the dealership, Chad called and communicated via text. He learned what type of truck and accessories I wanted, my budget, got my purchasing info, sent me pics and videos of potential vehicles, and by the next morning for my appt, he had the truck that best fit my desires all detailed out and ready for test drive. When we returned, he showed me his best effort on price, and it was a good $2500 lower than the other vehicles I priced. No negotiating necessary. I said, "You win. Where do I sign?". This all took less than 2 hours. Wonderful buying experience. More
