McGrath City Honda is the best until your car starts to
have issues. I bought a honda 2019 pilot from McGrath. Currently, there is a recall on it; they couldn't fix it the same day and asked me to come ba
have issues. I bought a honda 2019 pilot from McGrath. Currently, there is a recall on it; they couldn't fix it the same day and asked me to come back two days later.
I asked for a loaner; they said they didn't have it. I had no choice but took an uber home. We had to cancel all kinds of plans because we don't have a car. I couldn't give my daughters a ride to school because I couldn't drive to work.
Now 3 days into the saga, they told me hopefully tomorrow. I asked for a rental or uber ride for my daughter to go to school. No one from McGrath City Honda calls me back or even took my call. This is a defect from Honda through no fault of our own but yet caused us grieves and financial loss. Never buy Honda again.
Beware of doing business with this dealership. They are unethical and dishonest.. What a nasty and dishonest dealership...should have brought a Toyota. That's what everyone told me to do. I will share my experience with all my friends and relatives so they don't hop there. I am contacting the BBB to share my worst experience.

Thank you, Dana! I received a call from the Service Department manager Jereme regarding this matter. I am the type of customer that once I find a fair vendor, I mostly stick with them for a very long time. Not only me, but I also try to pursue friends and family members to shop in the same place.
Jeremy promised me that the awful customer experience I went through at your dealership would not happen again. He offered to contact him directly next time if I needed any service. Additionally, he offered me credit for my service fees. I felt his sincerity and decided to accept his apology. I will let you know if he follows through with his promise soon.
