This rating is more about Mark Collins than for the the dealership in general. The dealership seems to be working through some issues but I can wholehearted recommend Mark as great salesperson to work wit dealership in general. The dealership seems to be working through some issues but I can wholehearted recommend Mark as great salesperson to work with. He is patient, friendly, upfront and honest. Post sale he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and got what we needed which is rare from a salesperson once the paperwork is signed. I never write reviews but in this case wanted to take the time to highly recommend asking for Mark if you happen to be shopping at Bellingham Ford Lincoln. More

I had my oil changed a few weeks ago and I was happy with the service. Until the splash guard fell off the bottom of my car. It wasnt secured properly and started to drag while driving. Went back and and the the service. Until the splash guard fell off the bottom of my car. It wasnt secured properly and started to drag while driving. Went back and and the order the parts and fixed it without any hassle. I really appreciate how it was handled. I will be back based on how they handled this issue. I really appreciate the free car wash after the fix as well. More
