It doesn't take much to go from hero to zero. ... I had to pay $50 for a car rental after spending the full day for a simple 2-hour warranty service that was not completed. Toyota is a great bran ... I had to pay $50 for a car rental after spending the full day for a simple 2-hour warranty service that was not completed. Toyota is a great brand that stands for quality. The service manager, Alfredo Lopes, destroys Toyota's reputation with NO care for his employees and creating a horrible customer experience. More

Jeremy provided excellent and compassionate customer service when my car needed immediate attention as we were away from home from NY. Not only did he agree to fit me in on a busy day, he made sure to k service when my car needed immediate attention as we were away from home from NY. Not only did he agree to fit me in on a busy day, he made sure to keep me well informed of what’s going on. He got us back on the rode in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend the entire team and staff at the service department. More

Everything was ok. I just wish my cell could have a good connection with my car. Since I bough this car , it never worked well. Toyota said I have to pay if my car ne I just wish my cell could have a good connection with my car. Since I bough this car , it never worked well. Toyota said I have to pay if my car needs to update the system. I shouldn’t pay for something that never worked well. My cell aways disconnect and sometimes is connected with no audio…it drives me crazy! More
