The paperwork and the responses were good, efficient but I have the salesman show me stuff on the car and he was wrong. He doesn't know this car. So now there's a lot of things I don't know how to do and yo I have the salesman show me stuff on the car and he was wrong. He doesn't know this car. I wish he could have answered my questions correctly. And I would have rather had a different color interior but he didn't tell me that the one I want even exist. So he did not give me good information. Just cuz my experience was like this doesn't mean others people's will be it really was the salesman that was my problem. And I didn't realize it was a problem until I had a car and then I realized it was a problem. And then someone else told me there's a better interior. I might have to pay to have my interior changed because I can't see with the black. If he had told me all my choices I would have had something different in the first place. More

Good group of guys to work with, happy to get behind the wheel of the RAV. They got me the best APR available. But 7 out of 10 stars to the detailers. And the beginnings of a bee hive - yes, a bee hive- poking out from the gap between the driver's side view mirror and its housing. Abandoned with several dead bees that I scraped out. Your dealership is the reason people hate buying used cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. You sent me home with 14 year old tires and serpentine bel cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. You sent me home with 14 year old tires and serpentine belts that were so worn they were jumping off the pulleys. Your title clerk is incompetent she had to fix the title work 3 times. I was so pissed off I put the car up for sale to hopefully erase my experience from my memory. Salesmen promise one thing management overriding them. Corwin Toyota Springs you suck.
