Great experience! Was in the market for several months finding my new truck. Was shopping remotely and Parkville Heritage was 1 out of at least 12 dealerships I co Was in the market for several months finding my new truck. I worked with Jeremy and Ethan specifically to place a factory order since I didn’t want to compromise on buying just anything. They made sure to get me the exact truck I wanted at a great price. I greatly appreciated the transparency! They didn’t play any games other dealerships are notorious for. They made the whole process very easy. I emailed my build, negotiated a deal, submitted my deposit, and signed preliminary paperwork remotely. Jermey and Ethan were always accessible and I received constant updates on my vehicle status. The build only took about 5 weeks and I received a video from Jermey the morning it arrived off the truck. Once actually going into the dealership, I met a few other employees. Everyone there were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Anyone in the market for a new vehicle should definitely consider Heritage CDJR Parkville.
