The process of purchasing our car was very easy. Jeremy our salesman was recommended to me and we were very impressed with his professionalism. I was able to do most everything over text message. I told Jeremy what we were looking for and he was able to find us a car that day. We put money down in order to reserve the car that was being shipped in. When it came in we set appt with Jeremy and the rest of the process was easy. It was definitely the best car buying experience we have experienced! More

Jeremy is one of the best salesperson with whom we have had the opportunity to work. He is someone I would send my closest friend to see about a vehicle. He answered all of our questions and if he did not know the answer he would tell us so, then go immediately to find the answer. He walked us through and taught us the things we needed to know about our new Accord, including setting up the various driving helps and communication devices. When dealing with two technologically impaired people, yet he successfully trained us in the use of our new Accord. That in an of its self is a demonstration of his patience. We did not know Jeremy before looking at the Accord and now we feel like he is our friend. Just a text or phone call away. More

We love our new car! Jeremy was honest and down to earth. No pressure and happily answered every question. Except it all went downhill after we left the dealership. We should have had a wiring harness to go with our towing. The salesman won’t return our calls and no one else will from the dealership. We’ve been trying to reach someone for almost 4 days. More

Second vehicle we have purchased from this location. Jeremy was very helpful and always available. Everything was going well and as expected, I placed an order for my vehicle six months ago. When I came Jeremy was very helpful and always available. Everything was going well and as expected, I placed an order for my vehicle six months ago. When I came to pick up my vehicle come to find out, it was white instead of gray. I was never notified that I was not going to get my first choice color. I assumed since it was a six month wait I would likely get my requested color. The only reason I would’ve expected a different color is if someone backed out and I had the option to buy it. I got the excuse that the inventory manager made the decision but he never told Jeremy or myself. Since I had been waiting for so long and already sold my other vehicle, I couldn’t wait longer to try and get my requested color. I’m sure most buyers would’ve freaked out and walked away, but I kindly went with it. The only other thing that was kind of a bummer was they did not remember the deposit I had down on the vehicle. Luckily, I did on my way home and will have to return with a new check. Jeremy was honest and helpful and good to work with. Babe More
