Particularly disappointing in that it was also a Honda of the same model year (current) with only 1317 miles and in new/showroom condition. A trade up situation. For that reason, I plan to purchase my additional desired Honda accessories and have them installed elsewhere. I'd make only a limited recommendation of the dealership. They were good at offering accommodation and convivence but seem care more about maxing out the profit of a single sale rather than cultivating a loyal customer base for future sales, service and recommendations. More

I checked availability on the truck and was contacted by Jeremy. He worked with me over the phone on details until I could get up to look at the new vehicle the next day. I drove up and test drove the truck and loved it. When I told Jeremy I wanted it. He had already worked out my trade in and all the paperwork was pretty much completed. Signed some papers and I was off with my new truck. Jeremy great to work with and kept in communication with me on the truck even at night when he was off.
