Great Service Advisor Jeremy Bongle was extremely professional and courteous. He told us when our service would be completed and when we returned he had our bill ready and Jeremy Bongle was extremely professional and courteous. He told us when our service would be completed and when we returned he had our bill ready and our car pulled up. It was a routine oil change but also a recall that took several hours. The dealership provided us with a loaner car so that we could run some important errands while our car was being repaired.
