Our Nissan Pathfinder was our 2nd purchase this year from My Auto Import Center. We had such a Great experience the 1st time we went back again. The service department was excellent from check in to pickup. Alex (sales manager) Steve (financial officer) and Troy (Nissan sales) were great to deal with also. We would recommended this dealership hands down to anyone. More

Quan was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. Quan picked up mid stride when someone else I was working was let go. This sudden switch had me feeling a little uneasy about the vehicles he sells. Quan picked up mid stride when someone else I was working was let go. This sudden switch had me feeling a little uneasy about purchasing from them. Quan has been transparent and direct when answering questions and will tell you when he's not sure but will says he'll find out. His follow through was the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Quan earned a lifelong customer. To summarize my family's experience working with Quan is that he's incredibly professional and extremely relatable. I highly recommend Quan if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from Toyota in Muskegon or wherever he chooses to go after that! Thank you Quan More

The service was not completed on time. It took 3 1/2 hours. I was told it would take 2 hours. The men taking in the vehicles were very nice and gave me a 10% discount. It took 3 1/2 hours. Service was completed promptly and staff was very friendly and courteous. Courtesy driver was awesome, he even picked us up from restaurant just as we were ready to call, before he took another cust friendly and courteous.
