John took the time to speak to to us about the features of our Cayenne and patiently answered all of our questions. We left the dealership confident and happy that we made the right purchase with the right group. Also, many thanks to Sherman Sims and Jeremy Bishop, and other representatives who assisted with the purchase, called us to follow up, made sure we were comfortable in their nice office, and made sure we had plenty of coffee and water! We live near LAX and Riverside can be quite a drive from our house ,but the service (and the purchase of our car) made it worth the drive. More

Even though we were "only" purchasing a CPO Macan S, everyone at Riverside Porsche made us feel like we were purchasing a new 911 Turbo (or something equally as special). I began my relentless search for the perfect car in November 2017. I really can’t say enough about the quality experience I had at Riverside Porsche. I began my relentless search for the perfect car in November 2017. As an internet shopper, and first time Porsche buyer, I found many dealerships weren’t willing to take time to answer my seemingly endless questions. From my initial contact at Riverside I received great assistance from the pleasant and inviting Staff. My email request was answered in minutes by Tawni whom introduced herself and assured me a Brand ambassador would contact me shortly to discuss my needs. My Salesman Michel Rey called me within 15 minutes from the initial contact. He took time to answer all of my questions, provided me very detailed pictures of every angle of the car. The most comforting part of his presentation was that I never felt judged. I was calling from the east coast inquiring about a 2018 911 Targa GTS with retail price upwards of $170k. I told him I wouldn’t need financing and would want the car shipped to Georgia. Michel made himself available to provide all of the necessary paperwork, details, and made the purchasing process smooth and painless. I flew to Riverside to view my new Porsche in person. Michel arranged ground transportation for me from the airport, to my hotel and made sure I was totally taken care of. My car arrived in perfect shape to the East coast in half the estimated time. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism and fair treatment that I received at Riverside Porsche. I would suggest anyone in the market for a Porsche seriously consider giving Michel at Riverside Porsche call. I’ll be going back to purchase from him once the new 2019 Cayenne Turbo is released. Purchased a 2018, Porsche Macan (Basic), but loaded. During December, my wife and I visited Walters PORSCHE. And Mr. John BEECH took the time to find us a Porsche CAYENNE (Perfect for our daughter). John searched the entire U.S.A. and finally found her request: White Color with RED interior. Approximately two hours was spent with us and Mr. BEECH was my number one choice salesman for my daughter to deal with. My Angel chose to go with a Porsche MACAN. In my searching the internet, I ended up back at "Walters Porsche". I began questioning about the MACAN through emails to Ali ALIYEV to arrange for a meeting for my daughteri, but my daughter and I were greeted by Mr. Matt KRAFT. The Macan was for daughter, so I let her handle all the details "WHILE DAD STOOD VERY VERY CLOSE BY". Mr. KRAFT was ***** GREAT! He introduced my daughter to Mr. Ed FINLEY "Sales Manager" and he also treated her with allot of respect. This was my daughters first car/SUV buying experience. She was later introduced to the Finance Department: Adam Avalos and Jeremy BISHOP. I can't say enough... It was a great experience from start to finish. * * * * * The Finish! Mr. KRAFT had an emergency at home and turned-over SUV delivery to Mr. Ali LIYEV. I had previously been in contact with Mr. ALIYEV, who provided detailed email information for the MACAN. He wasn't present, when we arrived at the dealership and Mr. KRAFT was crafty by greeting us outside. Ha Ha. Very pleasant man. AND Mr. ALIYEV was very professional and continues to stay in contact. I'm so so happy for my daughters ***** First Purchase *****. I've always been a FORD/CHEVY man, but thanks to my daughter and the "professionalism" at Walters Porsche", I will drive again from Los Angeles and get me, that beautiful MACAN Turbo! We were late getting to the dealer to drive the car and someone else had turned up, check in hand to purchase the vehicle. Dan held the car for us until we arrived and still gave us a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend that you ask for him when you are looking for a Porsche. When we were dealing with the financing Jeremy Bishop found us a rate that was lower than our credit union had offered! He was also very personable. We chatted about Porsche, racing, etc as he was preparing the paperwork. Definitely use this dealership for your Porsche purchase. More
