I had the specific car in mind and Michel Rey worked closely with me in locating the vehicle (who knew they had so many lots?!), pointing out the features, and allowing multiple test drives. The manager Jeff Hudson worked cooperatively with me on the pricing, to make the deal happen, and Jeremy Bishop in finance smoothed out the financing arrangements. One of the brand new tires picked up a bolt on a test drive - Michel arranged to have the tire replaced and the car delivered to me in Santa Barbara, saving me an additional long drive to pick it up. The second time we visited to purchase we were greeted in the same respectful fashion and were assisted by Taylor Ferguson and also walked out with a gorgeous new car. Both of these gentlemen make a great a team. They both have strong knowledge of their inventory and what is available on the market. This allowed them to save us time and present us with exceptional options that we ourselves otherwise would not have considered. Also, we never felt like we were being “handled” at any point. They made the entire experience comfortable by being patient with our numerous questions and mainting a friendly yet professional demeanor. Their salesmanship and skills weighed heavily in on our choice to purchase. Also, we would like to thank Jeremy Bishop for guiding us through the finance/paperwork portion. I would say i'm experienced in buying and talking with dealer reps about Porsches. Tony Nguyen at Riverside Porsche hands down won my business after going thru a leasing broker for a month with no results. Tony was easy to access, allowed me to ask questions, full of information, cared about my business and attentive to the deal, not dropping the ball once. He found EXACTLY what I was looking for and made everything happen like dominos, one after another. I would say Tony Nguyen is the one to talk to whether you're in the LA area, SF area or even on the east coast. This dealership, Walters Porsche Riverside can do it all. Im so glad I found them and they and Tony Nguyen have my future business! More
