I WISH I COULD SAY I WOULD BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOU BUT I DON'T THINK I WOULD I FELT LIKE I WAS PUSHED THROUGH THE PROCCESS AND WAS CHARGED FOR SEVERAL THINGS AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. I WAS CHARGED FO BUT I DON'T THINK I WOULD I FELT LIKE I WAS PUSHED THROUGH THE PROCCESS AND WAS CHARGED FOR SEVERAL THINGS AND DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. I WAS CHARGED FOR WINDOW TINTING (THAT I DID NOT WANT IN THE 1ST PLACE) THAT WAS NOT INSTALLED ON THE TWO FRONT WINDOWS AND CHARGED FOR DOOR EDGE GUARDS THAT WERE NOT INSTALLED. THE UPGRADED TIRES AND RIMS WERE NEVER BALANCED SO I HAD TO COME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND HAVE THEM BALANCED AND THEY BROKE TWO OF MY LOCK LUGS AND NEVER OFFERED TO REPLACE THEM. I OWN AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND IF I TOLD ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS I WAS GOING TO CHARGE THEM FOR SOMETHING AND NOT GIVE IT TO THEM I WOULD NOT HAVE THAT CUSTOMER ANYMORE WINDOW TINTING AND DOOR EDGE GUARDS SHOULD BE OPTIONAL AND UP TO THE CUSTOMER NOT MANDATORY LIKE YOUR SALES MANAGER TOLD ME IT WAS NOT AN OPTION More

I recently flew in to complete an out-of-state vehicle purchase. While the car was ready for pickup, I was disappointed to find it had a chipped windshield—something that was never disclosed. In my home s purchase. While the car was ready for pickup, I was disappointed to find it had a chipped windshield—something that was never disclosed. In my home state, it’s actually illegal to sell a vehicle with a damaged windshield. We arrived early and were the only customers completing a purchase, yet we waited over an hour just to get into the Finance office. Once there, the process was slowed even further by repeated issues with their “new computer system.” On a positive note, our salesman was outstanding—professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the post-sale experience was frustrating. I was sent a password-protected link to view my documents, but the link never worked. After requesting the documents by email, I discovered the dealership had entered my date of birth incorrectly. Since the password was tied to my birth date, the online link was unusable from the start. While I appreciated the effort of our salesman, the lack of disclosure, unnecessary delays, and avoidable document errors left a poor overall impression of the dealership’s operations. More
