We had an excellent experience with Key! Felicia was an excellent salesperson, and she, along with the finance team, got us through so fast! The time from start to finish was about 2 hours Felicia was an excellent salesperson, and she, along with the finance team, got us through so fast! The time from start to finish was about 2 hours to purchase our Gladiator. On the way home the service engine soon light came on. I reached out to Felicia, and I brought it in the next day they were open. They fixed the issue and also took care of a recall we didn’t even know that it had!
