Edit: 8 days later I have a payment taken out of my account for the vehicle I traded in. I was assured all paperwork was taken care of, including the account for that vehicle. I asked for help with the account for the vehicle I traded in. I was assured all paperwork was taken care of, including the account for that vehicle. I asked for help with the payment that was taken out of my account and Boucher Jeep absolutely refused. Upon calling my former loan holder, they advise me that no one has contacted them to stop the loan and they have not received payment from Boucher to pay off the loan. It's been a week and all Boucher says is 'we mailed the cheque'. Just know that they completely dismiss you after they make the sale, you're on your own. Original review I appreciate the Boucher team for meeting me where I needed to be to get the deal taken care of. The vehicle I purchased is exactly as described and I'm very happy with it. More
