I go to Priority Honda for routine maintenance and inspections. I had brought my CR-V in due to unusual noises. Diagnosis and repair was quick. I brought my honda element in the Honda dealership to get an oil change. My wheels all had lug nuts. My passenger side was missing a lug. The wheel had the tech finger prints all over the wheel. All or the an oil change. My wheels all had lug nuts. My passenger side was missing a lug. The wheel had the tech finger prints all over the wheel. All or the other lugs were secured. I spoke to the manager & he refused to replace my lug. They wanted to sell me one for 25.00. I'm very disappointed with the service I had. I still want my wheel lug replaced. More
