After I bought my second VW there was leaking from sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been t sunroof, they kept telling me there isn’t loaner car since 2021 until two days ago I told them that I spent over 60,000 $ in their store. I’ve been told by Mr Adrian that when they sell cars they says that loaner car will be available to buyers but the loaner car isn’t for everyone. If I got a chance I’ll sue them after talking to my lawyer. During these 2 years the leaking caused more damage to my car which will coast me 4000$ because they don’t give loaners cars to anyone.as I have been told. I set some days longer than 3 hours on the chair waiting. Never Ourisman never VW again. More

Great Customer Service My Honda van had over 200,000 miles on it. It’s been cross country from California and out of Country there and back to Canada. I was Blessed today I first met Blair Tyler on Tuesday 19 June, I decided that I needed to purchase a car from Ourisman after an Active Duty Soldier told me her story whe I first met Blair Tyler on Tuesday 19 June, I decided that I needed to purchase a car from Ourisman after an Active Duty Soldier told me her story when she brought a 2017 VW from them, raving about the service she received. On Saturday 23 July, my Mother and Sister met me there and met Anthony Davenport, a true gentleman. Anthony went to get Blair who confirmed that Anthony was the Honda dealer an he was the VW dealer. I wanted to purchase a Honda after previously owning a BMW 325i-5 speed and a VW Jetta. It was a choice that I would eventually have to make and after test driving the Honda HR-V, I really liked it. When I realized I wanted to do it today, Anthony had made my Mother's trust list. He was one of the best and I appreciated him listening and letting me decide. I am now the very proud owner of a beautiful Arean Blue 2018 Honda HR-V. I fell blessed that Anthony was there at the time he was because he is a Christian man.
